A Great Game of Business Certified Coach® assists with implementing The Game inside your organization. The coach will lead a design team through our 10 step process of implementation for either Get in the Game™ (Financial Line of Sight), High-Involvement Planning™ (Strategic Line of Sight), or both.

The coaching process will take approximately 90 days, including 3-4 days on-site and weekly business coaching conference calls with the development team. 

LEVEL 1

  • Implementation of Get in the Game (GIG) with the company's selected design team.
  • On average 3-4 months

LEVEL 2

  • Implementation of Get in the Game (GIG) with all departments of a company assisted by the design team. 
  • On average 6-9 months

LEVEL 3

  • Implementation of High-Involvement Planning (HIP) with a leadership team that includes contributions and buy-in from all employees within the company 
  • Annual Engagement

LEVEL 4

Ongoing coaching of High-Involvement Planning (HIP) with a leadership team that includes contributions and buy-in from all employees within the company.
